Overview

If you encounter any technical issues or have inquiries related to your services, you can easily reach out to the support team by submitting a support ticket through your Client Area. This feature allows you to get direct assistance by selecting the appropriate department and providing all relevant details.

Important Note
Make sure to provide accurate and detailed information when submitting your ticket. This will help the support team resolve your issue faster. Always include screenshots or logs when possible to give better context.

Steps to Open a Support Ticket

  1. Log in to your account on the Client Area.
  2. From the Dashboard, click on Support.
  3. Click Open Ticket.
  4. Select the department you wish to contact.
  5. Choose the Related Service from the drop-down (if applicable).
  6. Set the Priority of your ticket (Low, Medium, High).
  7. Fill out the ticket form:
    • Subject: Briefly state the issue.
    • Message: Describe the problem in detail.
    • Attachments: Upload any relevant files (screenshots, logs, documents).
  8. Click Submit.
