Password Reset for Acronis Management Portal Users

Overview

In Management Portal of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, administrators can:

  • Configure services and quotas for the tenant
  • Manage user accounts
  • Manage storage
  • View and generate exporetable reports about the services status and usage.
  • View the services audit log.

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to reset a password for the Management Portal Users.

Step by Step

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Navigate to your Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud product details.
  3. Click on Go to Cloud Console button in the Account section. A new tab will be opened with the Acronis Console Panel.
  4. In the Acronis Console Panel left side menu, click on My Company > Users.
  5. Click on the three dots () and a Reset Password option will show up. A link to the password reset page will be sent to the email address of the user.
