Adding email addresses to your Allowlist or Blocklist – LS Suite

Overview

You can filter the blocked and allowed email addresses in LS Suite.
If a particular email address consistently arrives in your Spam folder add that email address to your Allowlist.
If you receive multiple spam emails from a particular email address you can add that email address to the Blocklist.

Adding address to blocklist/allowlist

1. Log in to your LS Suite account.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select All settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Mail on the left and click Access Lists.
4. Select the list by clicking the tab for Allowlist or Blocklist.
5. Click Add new address and type the email address into the box, then click Add.
