Changing Incoming/Outgoing server for Zimbra on iPhone

This tutorial will show you how to update your account by following a few easy steps to update your Zimbra Account incoming and outgoing server on iPhone device:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Passwords & Accounts.
  3. In case you configured your email as an “Exchange”:
    • Under ACCOUNTS section, tap on Exchange.
    • In the Account field under EXCHANGE, select your Zimbra account to update.
    • In the Server field, replace the existing server with your new server’s name, then tap Done.
  4. In case you configured your email as an “IMAP/POP3” account:
    • Under ACCOUNTS section, tap on your Zimbra mail account name.
    • In the Account field under IMAP, select your Zimbra account to update.
    • Under the INCOMING MAIL SERVER section, in the Host Name field, replace the existing incoming server with your new server’s name.
    • Tab on SMTP under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER.
    • Tab on your primary server under PRIMARY SERVER.
    • Under the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section, in the Host Name field, replace the existing server name with your new server’s name, then tap Done.
    • Tap Done again.

Now you will have successfully changed your Zimbra account settings.
