AlmaLinux is a free and open-source Linux distribution that is a community-driven, production-ready alternative to CentOS. It is designed to be 100% bug-for-bug compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), providing a stable and secure platform for enterprise applications. AlmaLinux offers long-term support, regular updates, and a wide range of software packages, making it an ideal choice for servers and workstations.

The platform delivers AlmaLinux with all the benefits of Elastic VPS (security guarantees, cost efficiency, root permissions, etc.).

You can create an AlmaLinux VPS in a matter of minutes, just like any other certified stacks at the Virtuozzo Application Management.

Click the New Environment button at the top of the platform dashboard to open the topology wizard. Expand the VPS section and choose the AlmaLinux template of the required version from the available options.

Note: Elastic VPS instances require public IP addresses (one per node) by default.

Configure node resources and other options up to your needs and click the Create button.

In just a minute, your fully isolated virtual server with the AlmaLinux operating system will be ready to work, allowing you to proceed with installing the required software and services.
