How to Forward Emails through the Client Area

Overview

Libyan Spider allows users to forward a copy of incoming email messages to another email address. This feature is useful when you want to monitor multiple accounts or redirect emails for collaboration.

Important Note

Make sure the destination email address is active and monitored. You can create multiple forwarders for different needs.

Steps to Set Up Email Forwarding

1. Log in to your account on the Client Area
2. From the main menu, click Cloud Services > My Hosting and Services.
3. A window will display your hosting packages.
4. Click on the hosting service for which you want to set up email forwarding.
5. In the My Product & Services window, click on the Email Forwarders icon.
6. Click Create Forward.
7. In the form:
   • Enter the email address whose messages you want to forward.
   • Enter the destination email address where the messages should be sent.
8. Click Confirm to save the forwarder.
