Overview
The Libyan Spider app provides an integrated support experience, allowing you to access guides, check server status, and communicate directly with the support team. Whether you prefer to open a support ticket or contact by phone, help is just a few taps away.
Steps to Request Support
- Open the Libyan Spider app.
- From the Sidebar Menu, tap on Customer Center.
- Choose Server Status to view the current status of hosting and cloud services.
- If you need assistance, choose one of the following options:
- Call: Connect directly with customer service.
- Open Ticket: Fill out a support request form.
To Submit a Support Ticket:
- Fill in the required details (such as department, service, and contact email).
- Set the priority level of your request (Low, Medium, or High).
- Enter the subject of your request.
- Write the description of your issue in the message body.
- Attach a file, such as a screenshot or document for clarification (Optional) .
- Tap Submit to send your request successfully.
