How to get help via Libyan Spider app

One of the basics of the app is that it gives you a comprehensive support service, through lessons for our diverse services, or by communicating with the customer service center:

  1. Choose Support, from the Sidebar menu.
  2. Choose Server Status you want to know about.
  3. Or ask for help by:
    • Call.
    • Or/Open Tickets to request support:
      • Fill in the required data.
      • Choose your priority.
      • Type the subject, and your request in Body.
      • You have the choice to attach a file.
      • Click Submit, so your order will be sent successfully.
