How to Get Help via the Libyan Spider App

Overview

The Libyan Spider app provides an integrated support experience, allowing you to access guides, check server status, and communicate directly with the support team. Whether you prefer to open a support ticket or contact by phone, help is just a few taps away.

Provide as much detail as possible in your support request to help the team resolve your issue faster.

Steps to Request Support

  1. Open the Libyan Spider app.
  2. From the Sidebar Menu, tap on Customer Center.
  3. Choose Server Status to view the current status of hosting and cloud services.
  4. If you need assistance, choose one of the following options:
    • Call: Connect directly with customer service.
    • Open Ticket: Fill out a support request form.

To Submit a Support Ticket:

  1. Fill in the required details (such as department, service, and contact email).
  2. Set the priority level of your request (Low, Medium, or High).
  3. Enter the subject of your request.
  4. Write the description of your issue in the message body.
  5. Attach a file, such as a screenshot or document for clarification (Optional) .
  6. Tap Submit to send your request successfully.
