Getting an Account Statement in the Client Area

Overview

With your Libyan Spider Client Area account, you can easily generate a detailed account statement. This report includes all invoices and payments linked to your account and can be filtered by a specific date range and invoice status (paid, unpaid, or all).

How to Get an Account Statement

  1. Log in to your account via the Client Area.
  2. From the side menu, navigate to → Billing → Account Statement.
  3. In the fields provided, select your Start Date and End Date to define the period you want to generate a report for.
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose the invoice type:
    • Invoice All.
    • Paid.
    • Unpaid.
  5. Click Search My Statement.
  6. Your statement results will appear in a list below.
  7. To view the statement, click the eye icon.
  8. To download the statement, click the download icon next to it.
