Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues
If you're unable to log in due to 2FA issues, try the following:
- Use the correct authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, WhatsApp, Email).
- Check if the time on your device is synced correctly, as incorrect time settings can cause authentication failures.
- If you are not receiving the 2FA code or have lost access to your authentication method, contact our Support Team for assistance.
