Overview

The Client Area is a secure portal that allows you to manage your services within Libyan Spider, view invoices, submit support tickets, and access other essential features. This guide will walk you through the steps to log in successfully and troubleshoot common login issues.

Important Note:
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all accounts for security reasons. If you have not yet configured 2FA, you will be prompted to set it up before you can complete the login process.

1. Access the Client Area

You can log in to the Client Area using either of the following methods:

  • Visit the Client Area directly. Or
  • Go to the Libyan Spider website and click “My Account” in the right corner.

2. Choose a Login Method

A. Standard Login (Email & Password)

  • In the login form, enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Type in your password carefully.

B. Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google, Microsoft, or GitHub

If you prefer a faster and more secure login experience, you can log in using:

  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • GitHub

Simply click on your preferred SSO provider and follow the authentication prompts.

C. Passkey Login (Passwordless Authentication)

For a seamless and secure experience, we also support Passkey login, which allows you to authenticate without a password.

  1. Select the Passkey option on the login page.
  2. Authenticate using your device’s biometric or security features (Face ID, Touch ID, or security key).
  3. Once authenticated, you will be logged in instantly.

3. Enable “Remember Me” (Optional)

  • If you're using a trusted device, you can check the “Remember Me” box to stay logged in without entering your credentials every time.

4. Complete the Login Process

  1. Click the “Login” button.
  2. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code.
  3. Retrieve the 2FA code from your authentication app or method (Google Authenticator, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
  4. Enter the code and proceed to access your account.

Forgot Your Password?

  • If you can’t remember your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email address and receive a password reset link.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues

If you're unable to log in due to 2FA issues, try the following:

  • Use the correct authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Check if the time on your device is synced correctly, as incorrect time settings can cause authentication failures.
  • If you are not receiving the 2FA code or have lost access to your authentication method, contact our Support Team for assistance.
