Overview
This article shows you how to add email aliases in LS Suite through the Client Area. Email Alias, also called alternate email address, is a forwarding email address that an admin adds to a user's primary email address. Messages sent to the email alias automatically route to the user's primary email account's inbox.
Add Email Aliases
- Log in to your Client area account.
- From the side menu, click Cloud Services > My Hosting & Services.
- From the My Products & Services list, select your LS Suite plan. This will take you to the Product Details page.
- Click on Email Aliases, under the Management section.
- Click on Add Email Alias. The pop-up window will appear.
- Enter your LS Suite Email alias in the Email Alias field.
- Select your Primary Email from the drop-down list.
- Click Confirm.
