How to Adjust Email Quota in Client Area

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to adjust the email quota within the Client Area. When setting up email accounts, users can define a specific mailbox size (Email Quota) for each account. If an account is expected to receive a high volume of emails or is nearing its storage limit, the quota can be manually adjusted.

Steps to Adjust Email Quota in the Client Area

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Navigate to the Cloud Services section, then My Hosting & Services.
  3. Select the hosting plan associated with the email account.
  4. Click on Email Accounts.
  5. Locate the email account you wish to modify.
  6. Click on Change Quota.
  7. Enter the new quota size or select Unlimited Quota.
  8. Click Confirm to apply the new settings.
