Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to adjust the email quota within the Client Area. When setting up email accounts, users can define a specific mailbox size (Email Quota) for each account. If an account is expected to receive a high volume of emails or is nearing its storage limit, the quota can be manually adjusted.
Steps to Adjust Email Quota in the Client Area
- Log in to the Client Area.
- Navigate to the Cloud Services section, then My Hosting & Services.
- Select the hosting plan associated with the email account.
- Click on Email Accounts.
- Locate the email account you wish to modify.
- Click on Change Quota.
- Enter the new quota size or select Unlimited Quota.
- Click Confirm to apply the new settings.
