This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to adjust the email quota within cPanel. When setting up email accounts, users can define a specific mailbox size (Email Quota) for each account. If an account is expected to receive a high volume of emails or is nearing its storage limit, the quota can be manually adjusted.
Steps to Adjust Email Quota in cPanel
- Log in to cPanel.
- Click on the Email Accounts icon.
- Select the email account you want to modify.
- Next to the selected email account, click the Manage button.
- Navigate to Allocated Storage Space.
- Enter the new preferred quota or select Unlimited.
- Click Update Email Settings to apply the changes.
