Overview
Auto-forwarding emails can be a useful tool in LS Suite to ensure that important messages are forwarded to the correct recipient without the need for manual intervention. This feature is particularly helpful for busy professionals who receive a high volume of emails and need to delegate certain tasks or requests to others on their team.
Auto forward emails
- Log in to your LS Suite account.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select All settings.
- On the left click Mail and select Auto forward.
- Toggle the Auto forward button to the right to turn it on.
- Add up to four different email addresses separated by a comma and click Apply changes.
