Web Host Manager (WHM) is a powerful administrative tool that allows you to manage cPanel accounts, configure server settings, and more. This guide will walk you through creating a cPanel account in WHM.
Step 1: Log in to WHM
- Access WHM: Open your web browser and navigate to your server's WHM login page.
- Enter Login Credentials: Input your root username and password.
Step 2: Locate the “Create a New Account” Feature
- In the WHM interface, search for “Create a New Account” in the search bar located at the top-left corner.
- Click on the “Create a New Account” link under the Account Functions section.
Step 3: Fill in Account Details
Domain Information:
- Domain: Enter the domain name for the account (e.g., example.com).
- Username: WHM will auto-generate a username based on the domain, but you can customize it if necessary.
- Password: Set a strong password or use the password generator for added security.
- Email: Provide an administrative email address for the account.
Step 4: Create the Account
- Review all the details to ensure accuracy.
- Click the “Create” button at the bottom of the page.
- WHM will process the request and create the account. A success message will appear once the process is complete.

- Navigate to List Accounts under the Account Information section in WHM.
