Overview

PassKeys provides a secure and passwordless way to access your client area. Follow the steps below to enable PassKey login.

Steps to Enable PassKey Login

  1. Log in to your Client Area: Use your existing username and password.
  2. Open the Account Menu: Click on the account menu at the top of the page.
  3. Go to Security Settings: Select “Security Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Find Passwordless Sign-In: Locate the option “Passwordless sign-in with PassKey.”
  5. Add PassKey: Click “Add PassKey” and follow the on-screen steps to register your device (fingerprint, Face ID, or security key).
  6. Confirmation: After successful registration, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

Now, you can use PassKey for secure and quick access.

How to Log In Using PassKeys

Steps to Log In

  1. Visit the Login Page: Open your client area’s login page.
  2. Select Use PassKey: Click on the “Use PassKey” option.
  3. Authenticate: Use your registered method (fingerprint, Face ID, or security key).
  4. Access Granted: Upon successful authentication, you'll be logged in instantly.

How to Recover Access If Your PassKey Is Lost

Recovery Steps

  1. Go to the Login Page: Visit your client area’s login page.
  2. Select Alternate Login Method: Click on “Use Password” or “Account Recovery.”
  3. Verify Identity: Enter your email and follow the instructions to verify your identity.
  4. Disable Lost PassKey: Once logged in, navigate to “Security Settings” and disable the lost PassKey.
  5. Register New PassKey: Follow the steps in the first article to register a new PassKey.

  1. Log in to your client area: Use PassKey or your existing password.
  2. Open the Account Menu: Click on the account menu at the top of the page.
  3. Go to Security Settings: Select “Security Settings.”
  4. Select Disable PassKey: Click the option to disable PassKey login.
  5. Confirmation: Confirm the action to disable PassKey.

Troubleshooting PassKey Login Issues

  • PassKey Not Detected: Ensure your device supports PassKeys and is appropriately connected.
  • Authentication Failed: Re-register your PassKey if authentication repeatedly fails.
  • Browser Compatibility: Ensure your browser supports WebAuthn (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari).
  • Device Change: Register your PassKey on the new device if you switch devices.
