Overview
You can activate the WhatsApp notifications feature through the client area to receive periodic notifications directly through the WhatsApp application regarding invoices and the status of your account, as well as direct access to the client area dashboard and direct access to information about contacting us.
Enabling WhatsApp notifications from the client area
- Log in to your client area account.
- On the dashboard homepage, navigate to your account details and select WhatsApp Notifications.
- Enter your WhatsApp number in the designated field in the Phone Number section.
- Check the box labeled I agree to receive notifications via WhatsApp to provide your consent.
- Click Send OTP.
- Enter the received OTP code and click confirm.
