Securely Share Sensitive Information via the Client Area

Overview

This article explains how to securely share sensitive information—such as AdminCP, FTP, or phpMyAdmin credentials—with our support team. The Sensitive Data field allows you to send this information in a safe and encrypted way.
Please note: Any data entered in this field will not appear in the ticket conversation and can only be viewed by our authorized staff.

When Opening a New Ticket

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Go to the Tickets section and click Open New Ticket.
  3. Fill in the subject and message fields.
  4. Next to the message box, you will find the Sensitive Data field.
  5. Enter any confidential information you want to share (e.g., login credentials, server access).
  6. Submit the ticket. Your sensitive data will be securely encrypted and sent with your request.

When Replying to an Existing Ticket

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Open the ticket you wish to reply to.
  3. Click on Reply.
  4. Write your message and attach any relevant files if needed.
  5. Next to the message box, locate the Sensitive Data field.
  6. Enter the sensitive information, then click Submit Reply.

Important Notes
Do not include passwords or login credentials directly in the message box.
The Sensitive Data field ensures your information is encrypted and only accessible to authorized staff.
You can edit or delete the sensitive data at any time from the ticket page.
