Overview
Sensitive data—such as login credentials for AdminCP, FTP, or phpMyAdmin—shared in support tickets is securely stored and not shown directly in the ticket thread. For security, only you and Libyan Spider staff can access this information. In this article, you'll learn how to view or manage sensitive data through the Client Area.
Steps to View Sensitive Data
- Log in to your account in the Client Area.
- On the Dashboard, click the Support.
- From the Tickets list, select the ticket containing sensitive data.
- On the ticket view page, click Add or Edit Sensitive Data.
- A pop-up window will appear showing the sensitive data related to the ticket.
