Overview
As a Postmaster, you can access and manage individual user accounts settings from the Control Panel.
- Registry
Add or update contact information associated with an individual email account.
What You Can Do:
- Edit first and last name
- Select country of operation
- (Optional) Fill in company name and secondary contact details (available only for certain plans)
Advanced contact fields (e.g., role, address, mobile) are visible but only editable for Professional and Enterprise plans. If you’re on a Basic plan, these fields will remain disabled.
- General
Control key parameters for the selected mailbox.
What You Can Do:
- Change the mailbox password
- View and manage aliases associated with this account
- Disable/Enable the account
- Set the mailbox quota (within plan limits)
- Security
Monitor and enhance mailbox security.
What You Can Do:
- Review active sessions and access logs
- Check for unusual login patterns
- Force logout for all active sessions (if available)
This tab is essential for managing user-level security within your domain. Encourage users to enable 2FA in their Webmail if available.
- Autoresponder
Set up automated replies for an email account.
What You Can Do:
- Enable or disable the autoresponder
- Set a subject and message body
- Define start and end dates for the response
- Webmail
Adjust Webmail interface settings for the selected mailbox.
What You Can Do:
- Change Webmail language
- Set default folder views
