Overview
In this article, we will explain how to pay any invoice feature, this feature is dedicated to resellers. Through this feature, the resellers can pay any invoice of any Libyan Spider customer.
What do you need to pay Successfully
To pay the amount of any invoice Successfully, the customer must provide you with the Invoice Number, and the PIN code for the invoice. This data is provided on the bill payable.
What is the PIN code
The PIN code is a 4-digit unique character that is issued for each invoice. The PIN code will be generated for all invoices that have not been paid too.
How to pay any invoice via the reseller service panel
- Login to your reseller account.
- From the list of reseller services choose Pay Any Invoice.
- Paying Any Invoice service page will appear, there is a field to enter the Invoice Number, and a field to enter the PIN code, make sure that the customer provides you with them correctly.
- Enter the data and make sure it is entered correctly and click on the Submit button.
- The Invoice Information will appear. You can now complete the invoice payment process, by clicking on Pay Now.
- A confirmation message will appear.
- After completing the process, the Invoices page will appear with a confirmation that the status of the invoice is paid, reseller margin will be counted.
Notice
There is a limited number of attempts to pay any invoice, if the number of attempts exceeds 5, the paying process bill will be blocked for 30 minutes.
