How to Verify Domain Ownership in LS Suite

Overview:

Before you can start creating email accounts, domain aliases, or email aliases in LS Suite, your domain must be verified. This verification step confirms that you are the rightful owner of the domain.

If your domain is not yet verified, you’ll see a message on the product page in your Client Area. Follow the steps below to complete the verification process.

Explanation:

  1. Login to your Client Area account
  2. Go to the LS Suite product page.
  3. On the product information page, look for the Domain Verification message. It will display a unique A record that needs to be added to your domain's DNS settings.

Example:

d123456789.mydomain.com → 185.97.217.16

  1. Add this A record via your domain DNS management panel.
  2. Wait for DNS propagation to complete (this may take some time depending on your DNS provider).
  3. Return to the same page and click “Verify Domain DNS”.

A message will show up in the same page confirming your domain has been successfully verified.
