How to View Mailbox Activity (Usage & Last Access)

Overview

From the Control Panel, you can monitor each mailbox’s usage, last access time, and mail activity—something not shown in the Client Area.

Explanation:

  1. Log in to the LS Suite Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Accounts section.
  3. For each user, you can see:
    • Occupied Space (used vs. total quota)
    • Last Access (timestamp + method: IMAP, Webmail, etc.)
    • Messages in Last 24h (helps spot abnormal activity)
