iPhone and iPad Configuration for LS Suite

This guide will help you configure Mail, Contacts, and Calendars in iOS on your iPhone or iPad to access the email, address book, and calendar services offered by LS Suite.

This way, your device will synchronize the email, address book, and calendars in Webmail automatically on iPhone/iPad. New contacts or events created in Webmail will appear on iOS and vice versa.

If you need to configure your email account using Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync.

Essentials

  • An active mailbox on LS Suite;
  • A domain with a Professional or Enterprise plan to access the directory and calendar sharing services;
  • iPhone/iPad.

Compatibility

We recommend using the latest version of iOS. This is to avoid issues during synchronization, thanks to the latest software updates. There are no particular precautions to adopt at this point, except to keep your iPhone/iPad regularly updated.
