How to Manage Invoices in the Libyan Spider App

Overview

The Libyan Spider app allows you to track, manage, and pay invoices with ease. You can view the status of each invoice—whether it’s Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled, Pending, or Refunded—and choose your preferred way to settle unpaid invoices directly from the app.

Steps to View and Pay Invoices

1. Open the Libyan Spider app.
2. From the home screen, tap Bills.
3. Invoice statuses will be shown as:
   • Paid.
   • Unpaid.
   • Cancelled.
   • Payment pending.
   • Refunded.
4. To pay an unpaid or pending invoice:
   • You can use your credit balance by activating the “Use Credit” option, and the amount will be deducted automatically.
   • Or choose from the available payment methods (e.g., Local Bank Card, Edfali, Sadad).
5. Follow the on-screen steps based on your selected payment method to complete the process.
