Overview
If you encounter any technical issues or have inquiries related to your services, you can easily reach out to the support team by submitting a support ticket through your Client Area. This feature allows you to get direct assistance by selecting the appropriate department and providing all relevant details.
Steps to Open a Support Ticket
- Log in to your account on the Client Area.
- From the Dashboard, click on Support.
- Click Open Ticket.
- Select the department you wish to contact.
- Choose the Related Service from the drop-down (if applicable).
- Set the Priority of your ticket (Low, Medium, High).
- Fill out the ticket form:
- Subject: Briefly state the issue.
- Message: Describe the problem in detail.
- Attachments: Upload any relevant files (screenshots, logs, documents).
- Click Submit.
