Open technical support ticket

How to Open a technical support ticket 

  1. Login into your account on the Client Area
  2. From the main menu Click Open technical support ticket 
  3. Technical support windows will appear, Chose the department you want to contact with
  4. Fill out the technical support form.
  5. Start with entering the subject of the ticket, then describe your issue, and if there any files do not hesitate and upload them
  6. Click Enter
