What are the Security Notifications

The Security Notifications is a notification system that provides you with security alerts related to your services with Libyan Spider, it also gives you the ability to take actions when these events occur.

What is the purpose of the Security Notifications

The main purpose of the Security Notifications is to provide you with an easy way to handle and follow-up on security-related events. It automatically integrates with our Ticketing System, which gives you clear communications with our staff to address and act upon important security events. It also serves the purpose of making alerts actionable and traceable for better information security.

The Security Notifications also allows you to take certain actions depending on the even type, for example, if we detect a login to your hosting control panel from a suspicious IP address or country, you will be notified and you would have the ability to either whitelist the login IP/Country or take the necessary action such as review and change login passwords. You also would have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from receiving alerts for any type of event.

How to access the Security Notifications

You can access the Security Notifications by doing the following:

  1. Login to your Client Area.
  2. From the side menu Click on Support, a drop-down menu will appear, click at Security Notifications.
  3. The Alert List page will appear.
