Overview
In Management Portal of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, administrators can:
- Configure services and quotas for the tenant
- Manage user accounts
- Manage storage
- View and generate exporetable reports about the services status and usage.
- View the services audit log.
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to reset a password for the Management Portal Users.
Step by Step
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Navigate to your Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud product details.
- Click on Go to Cloud Console button in the Account section. A new tab will be opened with the Acronis Console Panel.
- In the Acronis Console Panel left side menu, click on My Company > Users.
- Click on the three dots (…) and a Reset Password option will show up. A link to the password reset page will be sent to the email address of the user.
