Paying an Invoice Using Your Credit Balance from the Client Area

Content
  1. Overview
  2. Steps to Pay an Invoice Using Your Credit Balance

Overview

If you have a credit balance in your account—either from refunds, overpayments, or manual top-ups—you can use that balance to pay any outstanding invoice directly from the Client Area. This is a quick and hassle-free way to manage your payments without using a card or external method.

Note
If the credit balance is less than the invoice total, you may need to pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Credit can only be used within your account and cannot be transferred to other users.

Steps to Pay an Invoice Using Your Credit Balance

  1. Log in to your account through the Client Area.
  2. From the main menu, navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
  3. A list of your invoices will appear.
  4. Click on the invoice you wish to pay.
  5. If your account has available credit, you will see a section to apply credit.
  6. Enter the amount you want to use from your credit balance.
  7. Click Apply Credit to complete the transaction.
