Overview
If you have a credit balance in your account—either from refunds, overpayments, or manual top-ups—you can use that balance to pay any outstanding invoice directly from the Client Area. This is a quick and hassle-free way to manage your payments without using a card or external method.
Steps to Pay an Invoice Using Your Credit Balance
- Log in to your account through the Client Area.
- From the main menu, navigate to Billing > My Invoices.
- A list of your invoices will appear.
- Click on the invoice you wish to pay.
- If your account has available credit, you will see a section to apply credit.
- Enter the amount you want to use from your credit balance.
- Click Apply Credit to complete the transaction.
