Payment via MobiCash

MobiCash is an electronic payment service provided by Wahda Bank. Through MobiCash, you can pay bills electronically and benefit from our services.

Steps for Payment

1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. From your account, click on Bills.
3. In the list of bills, select the bill you wish to pay by clicking on it.
4. Choose the payment method Tadawul Card – MobiCash, then click on Pay Now.
5. A phone number field will appear. Enter the phone number linked to the service and click Confirm Payment.
6. You will be redirected to the payment interface:
   • Enter your contact details in the designated fields: phone number and email address.
   • Click on MobiCash under “Choose a Payment Method.”
   • Enter the number registered with the payment service and click Continue.
7. Once you receive a verification code on the phone number linked to MobiCash, enter the received code in the specified field.
   • Enter the secret code sent to your mobile phone and click Continue.
8. If the verification code is entered correctly, the payment will be processed successfully, and a transaction receipt will be sent to your email.
