Payment via Tadawul Card

Through the electronic payment cards provided by Tadawul Technology, users can pay bills electronically and benefit from our services.

Steps for Payment

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. From your account, click on Bills.
  3. In the list of bills, select the bill you wish to pay by clicking on it.
  4. Choose the payment method Tadawul Card – MobiCash, then click Pay Now.
  5. A phone number field will appear. Enter the phone number linked to the service and click Confirm Payment.
  6. You will be redirected to the payment interface:
    • Enter your contact details in the designated fields: phone number and email address.
    • Click on Tadawul under “Choose a Payment Method.”
    • Verify the accuracy of the phone number registered with the payment service, then click Continue.
  7. In the Payment Details Section, Enter the Following Information:
  • Enter your Tadawul Card Number in the Bank Card Number field.
  • Enter the card’s Expiry Date by selecting the month (MM) and year (YY).
  • Enter the card’s Verification Code (CVV) in the designated field.
Note

The verification code is an additional security code printed on your credit or debit card. On most cards, it is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.

  • Check the box for Approval for Use Terms, then click the Confirm button.
  1. After completing the above step, you will be redirected to the Authentication Page.
  2. Once you receive the OTP (One-Time Password) on the phone number linked to the card, enter the received code in the field labeled Enter your OTP, then click Submit.
  3. If the OTP is entered correctly, the payment will be processed successfully, and a transaction receipt will be displayed, which you can print or return to the previous page.
