How to use Radius Points
Radius Program is a program designed for collecting points and converting these points when they reach a certain ceiling for a balance under your account, they can be used later to purchase or renew any services under your account.
- Log in to your account on the Client Area
- A yellow rectangle will appear at the home page; it contains an overview of your points balance
- To see more details, click on the Radius Points
- A window will appear detailing about the points you earned, the and previous conversions from the Radius Points points to your account balance
Notice
Points are converted to credit when the score reaches 200 points.
The Subscriber Services responds to a request to convert points to credit within 72 hours.
