Overview
The Radius Program is a loyalty system created to reward customer engagement. By completing certain actions on your account—such as early payments or service usage—you accumulate points. Once your points reach a set threshold, they can be converted into account credit that can be used to purchase or renew services.
Steps to Use Radius Points
- Log in to your account via the Client Area.
- On the home page, a yellow box will appear showing a quick summary of your current Radius Points balance.
- Click on “Radius Points” for more details.
- A detailed window will open showing:
- Total earned points
- Points history (earned and deducted)
- Past conversions from points to account credit
- Once your balance reaches 200 points, you can request a conversion to credit.
