Overview of the Radius Program
The Radius Rewards Program is a loyalty system developed by Libyan Spider to encourage positive interaction with its services. By performing specific actions in your account, you can accumulate points which can later be converted into account credit for purchasing or renewing services.
What is the Radius Points Program?
The program is based on collecting points when certain actions are performed, such as logging in or paying invoices. Once you reach 200 points, you may request to convert those points into credit in your account to use for Libyan Spider services.
How Are Radius Points Calculated?

| 1 | Open a technical or sales support ticket |
| 1 | Reply to a support ticket |
| -1 | Receive the first unpaid invoice reminder |
| -3 | Receive the second reminder |
| -5 | Receive the third reminder |
Converting Radius Points to Account Credit
When you reach 200 points, you can request to convert them into credit under your account. This credit can be used to purchase or renew any service offered by Libyan Spider.
Radius Program Terms & Notes
- The program is available for all customers with an active user account.
- Distributor accounts are excluded from this program.
- Points start accumulating automatically from the activation date.
- Libyan Spider may change the number of points or the conversion rate at any time with prior notice.
- Currently, points do not have an expiration date, but one may be applied in the future.
- Radius points are non-transferable between accounts.
