Overview
If you're having trouble finding emails using the search function in your Webmail client, it may be due to a corrupted or outdated search index. Reindexing helps rebuild the search index so your emails become searchable again.
How to Reindex Emails in Webmail:
- Log in to the Client Area.
- On the homepage, click Cloud Services.
- Under My Hosting & Services, select the hosting service where your email is hosted. This will take you to the service management page.
- In the left menu, click One Click Login > Webmail.
- In Webmail, click your username at the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Search Index.
- Click the Reindex button to begin rebuilding the email search index.
