Reindex email messages in Webmail

Overview

If you're having trouble finding emails using the search function in your Webmail client, it may be due to a corrupted or outdated search index. Reindexing helps rebuild the search index so your emails become searchable again.

Note
Reindexing may take a few moments, depending on the size of your mailbox.

How to Reindex Emails in Webmail:

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. On the homepage, click Cloud Services.
  3. Under My Hosting & Services, select the hosting service where your email is hosted. This will take you to the service management page.
  4. In the left menu, click One Click Login > Webmail.
  5. In Webmail, click your username at the top-right corner of the screen.
  6. From the dropdown menu, select Search Index.
  7. Click the Reindex button to begin rebuilding the email search index.
