How to share files and folders from Drive – LS Suite

Overview

Share with your team any file or folder in LS Suite Drive service. LS Drive provides a cloud storage for all your files and documents that you can access anywhere anytime and arrange in folders.

Note

If you have the Productivity or Security+ plan in LS Suite, you can benefit from the Drive feature.

Share files and folders

  1. Log in to your LS Suite account.
  2. In Drive, select the file or folder that you'd like to share and click Share in the toolbar.
  3. You can share via email or link.
  4. To share via email type a name or email address in the Invite people box. Then click Viewer and select the level of permissions you'd like to assign to the person you are sharing your file or folder with.
  5. You can also type a message if you'd like and click Save. The person you shared your file or folder with will receive an email with a link to view it.
  6. To share a link, select Anyone with the link and invited people from the dropdown menu and then click Copy link.
  7. You can paste this link into a text message, instant message, email or anyway you communicate.
