Overview
Upgrading your hosting plan allows you to access more resources, features, or better performance as your website or business grows. You can easily upgrade through the Client Area without the need to contact support.
Steps to Upgrade Your Hosting Plan
- Log in to your account via the Client Area.
- From the main menu, go to Cloud Services > My Hosting and Services.
- A list of your current hosting plans will appear.
- Click View Details next to the plan you want to upgrade.
- From the list of available actions, choose Upgrade/Downgrade Package.
- A window will open showing all available hosting packages.
- Click Choose a service or product next to the plan that fits your needs.
- A summary window will appear showing the price difference and details of the new plan.
- Click Continue.
- Complete the payment using any of the available methods.
Important Note
The upgrade will take effect once payment is confirmed.
There will be no data loss during the upgrade.
Downgrading plans may result in loss of features or space — review carefully before proceeding.
