Overview
As per ICANN's WHOIS Accuracy Specification RAA Whois Accuracy Program, we are required to verify any email address used as the Registrant role for domains. It is therefore critical that you verify your email address to avoid deactivation of your domain(s).
Steps to Verify Your Domain Contact Information
1. Log into Your Client Area
2. Navigate to Your Domains
- In the Client Area, go to Domains > My Domains.
- Find the domain that requires verification.
3. Check the Verification Status
- Click on Manage Domain for the selected domain.
- If a verification is required, a blue notification banner will be displayed at the top of the page.
4. Resend the Verification Email (If Needed)
- Click Resend Verification Email from the blue notification banner.
- Check your email inbox for a verification email.
- Open the email and click on the verification button or link to confirm your contact details.
5. Update Incorrect Contact Information
- If your contact details are incorrect, update them in the Contact Information section.
- Save your changes and complete the verification process again.
6. Confirm Successful Verification
- After verifying your contact information, our system will update your domain name from a Pending WHOIS status to a Verified status within 24 hours.
- Domains that remain unverified may be suspended per ICANN regulations.
