How to Create Mailing Lists

Overview

A mailing list allows you to send a single email to multiple recipients at once. This is ideal for newsletters, customer updates, or team-wide announcements. Using cPanel or Plesk, you can easily create, manage, and configure mailing lists through a web interface.

cPanel utilizes the Mailman List Manager, which provides advanced options like subscription settings, sender filters, and mass subscriber import.

Notes
Mailing lists are great for broadcast communication, not personal replies.
Always ensure you have permission from recipients before subscribing them to a list.
Use private lists for internal teams or sensitive groups.
Monitor your mailing list’s usage to avoid spam complaints or blacklisting.
