Creating an Email Signature in Webmail

What is Webmail?

Using Webmail, you can access your email through a web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer). The key advantage of using Webmail, instead of using an email application like (Outlook), is that you can easily access your email messages from any computer anywhere in the world (provided you have an internet connection).

Email signatures are used to display your name and contact information. The signature is typically inserted automatically, usually at the end of an email. Using an email signature saves you time when sending emails.

Creating an Email Signature in Roundcube

You can create a signature in RoundCube by following these steps:

  1. Click on Settings at the top right of the page.
  2. In the Settings page, click on Identities tab.
  3. Double-click on email address for which you want to create a signature.
  4. Add your signature.
