One of the basics of the app is that it gives you a comprehensive support service, through lessons for our diverse services, or by communicating with the customer service center:
- Choose Support, from the Sidebar menu.
- Choose Server Status you want to know about.
- Or ask for help by:
- Call.
- Or/Open Tickets to request support:
- Fill in the required data.
- Choose your priority.
- Type the subject, and your request in Body.
- You have the choice to attach a file.
- Click Submit, so your order will be sent successfully.
