How to add Email Aliases in Client Area – LS Suite

Overview

This article shows you how to add email aliases in LS Suite through the Client Area. Email Alias, also called alternate email address, is a forwarding email address that an admin adds to a user's primary email address. Messages sent to the email alias automatically route to the user's primary email account's inbox.

Add Email Aliases

  1. Log in to your Client area account.
  2. From the side menu, click Cloud Services > My Hosting & Services.
  3. From the My Products & Services list, select your LS Suite plan. This will take you to the Product Details page.
  4. Click on Email Aliases, under the Management section.
  5. Click on Add Email Alias. The pop-up window will appear.
  6. Enter your LS Suite Email alias in the Email Alias field.
  7. Select your Primary Email from the drop-down list.
  8. Click Confirm.
