Overview
You can activate the WhatsApp notifications feature through the client area to receive periodic notifications directly through the WhatsApp application regarding invoices and the status of your account, as well as direct access to the client area dashboard and direct access to information about contacting us.
Enabling WhatsApp notifications from the client area
- Log in to your client area account.
- At the dashboard homepage, under your account details, click on Update.
- In the Additional Information section, enter your name in Arabic (Optional) then enter your WhatsApp number in the designated field. Then, check the WhatsApp notifications box to confirm your consent to receive notifications.
- Click Save Changes.
- You will receive an activation confirmation message via the WhatsApp application on your personal number that you previously entered.
