Enabling WhatsApp notifications from the Client Area allows you to receive real-time updates about your account activity. These include invoice reminders, account status alerts, and quick access to your dashboard and support. It’s a convenient way to stay connected to your services—right from your phone.
Steps to Enable WhatsApp Notifications
- Log in to your account via the Client Area.
- From the dashboard homepage, go to your WhatsApp Notifications.
- In the Phone Number field, enter your WhatsApp number
- Check the box “I agree to receive notifications via WhatsApp” to give your consent.
- Click Send OTP to receive a one-time verification code.
- Enter the OTP code received on WhatsApp.
- Click Confirm to complete the activation.
