This guide explains how Libyan Spider clients can pay eligible invoices using Libyana from the Client Area.

Overview

Clients can pay eligible invoices using Libyana directly from the Libyan Spider Client Area.


This payment method uses mobile verification via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the Libyana phone number provided at checkout.

This option is designed to make it easier to complete payment for services such as:

  • Domain names
  • Hosting services
  • Eligible invoices in the Client Area

Before You Start

Please make sure that:

  • You have an active Libyan Spider client account
  • You are logged in to the Client Area
  • The invoice is eligible for payment using Libyana
  • You have access to a valid Libyana mobile number
  • Your mobile line has sufficient balance if required
  • You are ready to receive the OTP on the same phone number you entered

Steps to Pay Using Libyana

Step 1: Log in to the Client Area

Go to the client area, sign in using your client account credentials.

Step 2: Open the Invoice

Navigate to the invoice you would like to pay.

Step 3: Select the Payment Method

From the available payment methods, choose: Libyana

Step 4: Review the Payment Summary

A payment summary will be displayed. This may include:

  • Invoice amount
  • Payment total
  • Applicable operator fees

Please review the amount carefully before continuing.

Step 5: Enter Your Libyana Phone Number

Enter the Libyana mobile number you want to use for payment.

Make sure:

  • The number is correct
  • The number is active
  • The number is available to receive the OTP

Step 6: Read and Accept the Terms of Service

If Terms of Service confirmation is enabled, you must read and accept the Terms of Service before continuing.

Step 7: Request OTP

Click Send OTP A one-time password will be sent to the Libyana phone number you entered.

Step 8: Enter the OTP

Enter the OTP received on your Libyana mobile number.

Step 9: Complete the Payment

Once the OTP is accepted and the payment is confirmed:

  • The payment will be completed
  • The invoice will be marked as paid

If You Need to Change the Number or Request a New OTP

Before completing verification, you may have the option to:

  • Go back and change the mobile number
  • Resend the OTP message, subject to system limits and timing rules

Important Notes

  • The OTP is valid for a limited time only
  • Multiple failed attempts may cause the verification to expire or be canceled
  • If the transaction is not completed, the invoice will remain unpaid
  • Some fees may apply and will be shown before payment confirmation
  • This payment method is available only for supported invoices and supported conditions

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the OTP

Check the following:

  • The phone number entered is correct
  • The number belongs to Libyana
  • Your phone can receive SMS
  • You waited a short moment for delivery

If needed, try again using the resend option if available.

I entered the OTP incorrectly

You may retry up to the allowed number of attempts.
If the OTP expires or is canceled, restart the process.

My payment was not completed

If the invoice is still unpaid after the process:

  • Refresh the invoice page
  • Check your payment status in the Client Area
  • Contact support if needed
