How to order a Monarx security service and check its setup

This guide covers the Monarx security services: Monarx Website Protection and Monarx Website Threat Shield for hosting accounts, and Monarx Server Protection, Monarx Server ThreatShield, and Monarx Server SmartWAF for eligible VPS and server services. Available features and reports depend on your service, subscription, and completed setup.

Available security addons depend on your hosting service. Review what the offering includes before ordering: detailed reporting, protection capability, or both.

Sign in to the Client Area.
Open the hosting service or server you want to upgrade.
Select the eligible upgrade option shown in its security section.
Confirm the parent service and selected feature.
Review the price, billing cycle, and order details.
Complete checkout and any required payment.
Return to the service and check its addon and setup status.

If pricing says Starting from, review the actual selected option at checkout.

What the status means

Status/message	Your next step
Pending	Check the existing order/invoice and allow its processing to complete
Awaiting setup	Setup is not yet complete; contact Support if you need an update
Active reporting	Open the reports and check the protection state separately
Disabled or unavailable protection	Ask Support to verify the effective feature state

Do not place another order if the same feature is already Pending, Active, or awaiting setup. Ask Support to check the existing addon first.

A purchase confirmation does not guarantee that a vendor-side setting has already changed. For a VPS/server, agent setup and mapping may also need to be completed.
