Monarx Website Protection and Website Threat Shield: why are reports locked?

This guide explains protection status and reporting access for Monarx Website Protection and Monarx Website Threat Shield on shared hosting. Their reports appear under Active Protection and ThreatShield, respectively.

Your shared hosting account may already receive protection through settings managed for the hosting server. Detailed security reports can require a separate reporting addon.

This means you can see a protected status and still see an upgrade option for reports.

What you seeWhat it means
Protection is onThe feature’s reported protection setting is enabled
Detailed reports are lockedYour service does not currently have access to those reports
A blurred sample reportAn illustration of the reporting experience, not hidden activity from your account
Protection unavailableThe current state could not be confirmed; contact Support if it continues

How to check your access

  1. Sign in to the Client Area.
  2. Open Services → My Services.
  3. Select the correct hosting service.
  4. Open its security widget and select Active Protection or ThreatShield.
  5. Read the protection status and the reporting offer separately.

If you want detailed reports, review the eligible addon and its benefits before ordering. If you have already ordered it, check whether it is Pending or awaiting setup rather than placing another order.

Shared-hosting protection settings can differ between features and accounts. If the panel shows protection off or unavailable, do not assume the reporting upgrade alone explains it. Ask Support to verify your account’s settings.
