How to Top Up Your Reseller Credit Balance

Your reseller account balance can be topped up directly from the reseller area using one of the available payment methods.

Supported payment methods may include:

  • Electronic Bank Transfer
  • Edfaly
  • Local Bank Cards (Numo)

Once the top-up invoice is paid successfully, the amount will be added to your reseller credit balance.

Where to Find the Top-up Option

After logging into your reseller area, go to the main page and click:

Top-up Credit

This will open the top-up page, where you can review your balance and create a new top-up request.

What You Will See on the Top-up Page

The top-up page shows important account information such as:

  • Current balance
  • Daily top-up limit
  • Monthly top-up limit

This helps you understand how much you can add based on your account settings.

How to Top Up Your Balance

1. Open the Top-up Page

Click Top-up Credit from the reseller main page.

2. Choose the Amount

You can:

  • select one of the preset amounts, or
  • enter a custom amount if this option is available for your account

Please note that the minimum allowed amount may apply. For example, the minimum top-up amount may be 100.

3. Select a Payment Method

Choose one of the available payment methods shown on the page.

4. Review the Summary

Before continuing, the system will show:

  • Top-up amount
  • Processing fee
  • Total payable amount

5. Generate the Invoice

Once you confirm, the system will generate an Add Funds invoice.

6. Complete the Payment

Pay the invoice using the selected payment method. Your reseller balance will be updated after the payment is successfully completed and processed.

Important Notes

Top-up Limits

Your account may have one or more of the following limits:

  • minimum top-up amount
  • maximum top-up amount
  • daily top-up limit
  • monthly top-up limit
  • maximum total credit balance

If your request exceeds one of these limits, the system will prevent the top-up from proceeding.

Processing Fees

Some payment methods may include a processing fee. The fee will be shown clearly before the invoice is generated.

Pending Add Funds Invoices

If your account has multiple pending Add Funds invoices, you may not be able to create a new top-up request until those invoices are resolved or canceled.

Troubleshooting

I cannot create a new top-up request

This may happen because:

  • your amount is below the minimum allowed
  • your amount exceeds the allowed limit
  • you reached your daily or monthly top-up limit
  • your total balance would exceed the allowed maximum
  • you already have multiple pending Add Funds invoices

I do not see a payment method

The available payment methods depend on what is enabled for the reseller system at the time.

I paid the invoice but my balance is not updated yet

Please first confirm that the invoice payment was completed successfully. If needed, contact support and provide your invoice details.
