How to Add\ Edit or Delete your contact data

The Client Area provides a feature that gives the customer the ability to add someone else’s contact data to receive messages sent by Libyan Spider via email. The customer can also specify the type of correspondence that is sent, such as General Messaging, Service request Messaging, invoices.

Add a contact

  1. Login into your account on the Client Area. Learn how to create an account 
  2. Click on hello, (your name)>manage contact 
  3. From the Data to modify drop-down list Select Add new address 
  4. Enter new contact data 
  5. From the Sub Account authorities list Select the permissions granted to the account 
  6. From the Email Settings menu Choose the type of messaging to receive
  7. Click Save changes

Edit contact data 

  1. From the Data to modify drop-down list Choose the account you want to modify 
  2. Account Data will appear, 
  3. modify the data 
  4. Click Save changes

Delete contact data 

  1. From the Data to modify drop-down list Select the account you want to cancel 
  2. Click the Delete contact data button
