Overview
In this article, we will cover how to configure a domain to work with LS Suite by setting up the necessary Mail Exchange (MX) DNS records.
An MX record is a type of DNS record that tells an email sender where the recipient email server resides.
For LS Suite to function correctly, it is important for the domain to have correct MX records. Once you have the domain configured correctly, you will be able to send and receive emails through LS Suite web interface or by using an email client such as Outlook.
Setup your LS Suite domain
- Log in to your Client Area account.
- From the side menu, choose Cloud services > My Hosting and Services
- Click on your LS Suite product.
- Under Emails Management section, select MX Records. You will find a table of MX records content.
- Login to where your domain’s DNS is hosted and replace the existing MX records with the previous table content.
Note
– If your domain’s DNS is hosted in cPanel/Plesk, please check this article
– If you are using Premium DNS Cloud Hosting, please check this article - Create a TXT record with the provided content.
