What is Ticket Sensitive Data?
As part of our responsibilities to keep our client’s services protected and secure when sharing sensitive data such as usernames and passwords, we have added a new feature that enables to share sensitive login details via the Client Area account with LibyanSpider. Sensitive data is secured and removed from the system once a ticket is closed.
How to View Ticket Sensitive Data?
- Log in to your Client Area account
- On the homepage, you will be able to view your Recent Support Tickets. Open the ticket that you would like to view
- Click on Add or Edit Sensitive Data
- You will be able to view the data
