What is Ticket Sensitive Data?

As part of our responsibilities to keep our client’s services protected and secure when sharing sensitive data such as usernames and passwords, we have added a new feature that enables to share sensitive login details via the Client Area account with LibyanSpider. Sensitive data is secured and removed from the system once a ticket is closed.

How to View Ticket Sensitive Data?

  1. Log in to your Client Area account
  2. On the homepage, you will be able to view your Recent Support Tickets. Open the ticket that you would like to view
  3. Click on Add or Edit Sensitive Data
  4. You will be able to view the data
