Overview
You can activate the WhatsApp notifications feature through the Libyan Spider App to receive periodic notifications directly through the WhatsApp application regarding invoices and the status of your account, as well as direct access to the client area dashboard and direct access to information about contacting us.
Enabling WhatsApp notifications in Libyan Spider app
- Log in to your account in the Libyan Spider app.
- From the account management side menu, click Account.
- Click on Account Details.
- In the Additional Information section, enter your name in Arabic (Optional) then enter your WhatsApp number in the designated field. Then, check the WhatsApp notifications box to confirm your consent to receive notifications.
- Click Update.
- You will receive an activation confirmation message via the WhatsApp application on your personal number that you previously entered.
