This guide covers the Monarx security services: Monarx Website Protection and Monarx Website Threat Shield for hosting accounts, and Monarx Server Protection, Monarx Server ThreatShield, and Monarx Server SmartWAF for eligible VPS and server services. Available features and reports depend on your service, subscription, and completed setup.
Your security information is available from the relevant hosting service in the Client Area.
- Sign in to the Client Area.
- Open Services → My Services.
- Select the hosting account or server you want to review.
- Find the security widget.
- Select View security reports or the Protection entry in the service sidebar, where available.
The security section may be labelled Monarx Protection. Match the full service name in your subscription with the relevant report tab below.
Understanding the pages
| Page | What you can review |
|---|---|
| Overview | A summary of available security activity |
| Active Protection | File discoveries and remediation reports |
| ThreatShield | Web-request security activity |
| Firewall Activity | Eligible VPS/server firewall reports |
Choose Today, Week, or Month to change the reporting period. Use the same period when comparing figures between pages.
Charts summarize activity. The event log below them contains individual records and may have several pages. Open an event to see its details.
Available pages depend on your service, purchased addons, and completed setup. If you see an upgrade offer, Pending, or Awaiting setup message, follow that message rather than expecting a full report immediately.
If the section is missing, check that you opened the correct active service. Contact Support if you expected access and cannot find it.
